RE:BEACH: Restore & Retain

RE:BEACH is Oceanside’s Pilot Project that restores ~ ½ a mile of our shoreline with 50 yard wide beaches.  It is an innovative nature-based solution with two artificial headlands and an offshore reef that work together to stabilize the shoreline and retain the sand.  .
