Save Oceanside Sand was founded Spring of 2019 by three concerned Oceanside citizens (all three not beachfront property owners). SOS quickly evolved and organized into a group of local advocates who support a permanent solution of habitat restoration via beach sand nourishment and retention. SOS continues to provide outreach and education about our critical shoreline conditions and potential solutions.
